Poster- Those Cast Out, Gathered in the Space of Poetry
'파'문된 자들, 시-공간에서 만나다 – 행사 포스터
송승환 시인의 시집 「파」와 모리스 블랑쇼의 글쓰기론을 함께 읽는 사건의 장소 행사를 위한 포스터 프로젝트입니다. 파기(破棄), 파문(破門), 파문(波紋) — 하나의 발음 안에 겹쳐있는 세 개의 사태를 단일한 이미지로 구현하는 것이 핵심 과제였습니다. 삽이 물에 꽂혀있다, 그것도 뒤집힌 채로. 파문이 아래에서 위로 중력을 거슬러 번지는 이 이미지 위에, 파기되지 않는 행위의 좌표계를 배경으로 깔았습니다. 개념을 도해하지 않고, 포스터 자체가 시집이 실행하는 것을 함께 실행하도록 — 설명 대신 사건이 되도록 설계했습니다.
This poster was created for a Sageoneui Jangso event reading poet Song Seung-hwan's collection 「Pa」 alongside Maurice Blanchot's theory of writing. The central challenge was to embody three overlapping states within a single sound — 파기(破棄, abandonment), 파문(破門, excommunication), 파문(波紋, ripple) — through a single image. A shovel pierces water, inverted. Ripples spread upward against gravity. Over this image, a coordinate grid anchors the space where time does not flow. Rather than illustrating the concept, the poster was designed to enact what the collection itself enacts — not explanation, but event.
